Are you a motivated and customer-oriented individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Cristina Pisoni, State Farm. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct thorough customer needs assessments to identify suitable insurance products and coverage options.
Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, addressing their questions and concerns while providing professional advice.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads, build relationships, and secure repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential and existing clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Dedicated to customer service
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
